Loving Me Some Peppermint

Good afternoon and a Marvelous Saturday to you!
I'm thrilled this is #SmallBusinessSaturday.
It's an opportunity for me to re-connect a bit more with everyone and meet some new people as well.
In this post I'm sharing my love of Peppermint.
Especially this time of year but of course all year long.
I find so many uses for Peppermint.
See more below the video.

Perhaps you have some uses for Peppermint Essential Oil I haven't thought of so if you do please share them in the comments.

#Peppermint Essential Oil contains menthol, which is great for the skin because it has a cooling sensation. Furthermore, it refreshes dull skin and improves the texture of oily skin. But do dilute in a carrier oil before applying to your skin. If don't have a particular carrier oil on hand I bet you have some olive oil in your pantry.
When I've had sore muscles massaging my legs where they ache with diluted Peppermint Oil feels so good and smells heavenly as well.
I like putting Peppermint Essential Oil in my diffusers in a couple places around the house.
I have one upstairs and one in the basement.

I also found this awesome Peppermint Fudge recipe @Mom On Time Out
I substitute 1/4 of Peppermint Essential Oil in place of the extract. The Essential Oil is
a lot stronger that is why I reduce the amount.
The recipe post is below:

These are just a few uses of Forever Peppermint Oil and there are so many more for later.
I've shared a link where you can purchase your Forever Diffuser, Carrier Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil below. The image below is the Forever Essential Oil Tripack but to purchase individual products go to the right on the page and scroll to Essential Oils! Any questions please do let me know!
